What data do we collect?

House of Hives collects the following data:

  • Log-in details of accounts we need to access in order to execute our business support services.

You directly provide House of Hives with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

House of Hives collects your data so that we can:

How do we store your data?

House of Hives securely stores your data digitally, through the services of Dropbox and Google Drive. Your name and email address are also added to our mailing list, hosted by Mailchimp. System log-ins are stored in our LastPass Vault.

House of Hives will keep your customer data for 7 years. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data and remove automatic back-ups from the above systems. We recommend you update passwords to any systems House of Hives no longer needs access to, as soon as the collaboration is finished.

Marketing

House of Hives would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like.

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date. An unsubscribe link is included in every newsletter you will receive.
